1. Service & Pricing
HaulATL provides junk removal services in Metro Atlanta. Prices are estimates based on load size selected at booking. Final pricing is confirmed on-site before loading begins. Disposal fees are included in all quoted ranges — no hidden charges.
2. Deposit & Payment
A deposit of approximately 20% of the estimated total is required to secure your time slot. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 2 hours of your scheduled pickup. The remaining balance is due on the day of service, after the job is complete. We accept credit/debit card, Apple Pay, and Cash App.
3. Items & Access
All items must be staged and ready at the curb, driveway, or loading area before crew arrival. HaulATL does not carry items from inside the home, down stairs, or through occupied spaces. We reserve the right to decline items that are hazardous, require special permits, or exceed safe handling limits.
4. Hazardous Items
We do not accept paint, chemicals, asbestos, medical waste, or explosive materials. Appliances containing freon (refrigerators, A/C units) require an additional disposal fee; you will be notified before we load them.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 2 hours before your time window. Within 2 hours, the deposit may be forfeited. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment, or staffing issues and will notify you immediately.
6. Liability
HaulATL is not responsible for damage to items being removed. We take reasonable care to avoid damage to property (driveways, landscaping, etc.) during loading. Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.
7. Eco Policy
We make reasonable efforts to donate, recycle, or responsibly dispose of items. We cannot guarantee diversion from landfill for all materials.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance. Last updated: April 2026.
